It’s hard to buy something like that without really being here and looking at the properties yourself…I think the best thing is to buy a share or a chalet in country clubs like Mzaar 2000, Satellity and Fakra club
You can always check into a hotel for few days and see some villas and apartments and make your own choice…. I agree with Kate, you have to see the villa first.
