Well, I am 16 and I have 3 younger siblings. My parents are divorced and my dad wants to take us to Lebanon for a vacation this summer for 1 month. My mom and dad are fighting over who has to get the Consent form (they **** each other). So, my question is: Who has to get it? What are the steps? Cost? or anything else! Just tell me everything.

P.S. Also, do wee absolutely need a consent form or can we (the children) just verbally state that we are allowed to go?
Whichever of them is not travelling with you will need to complete a consent form.
Your father will *not* be allowed to take you out of the country without your mothers consent, or a formal letter from a family court judge.
