Well, I am 16 and I have 3 younger siblings. My parents are divorced and my dad wants to take us to Lebanon for a vacation this summer for 1 month. My mom and dad are fighting over who has to get the Consent form (they **** each other). So, my question is: Who has to get it? What are the steps? Cost? or anything else! Just tell me everything.

P.S. Also, do wee absolutely need a consent form or can we (the children) just verbally state that we are allowed to go?
If you are a minor child, you have no legal right to decide if you go or not. Make sure you always keep your own passport and return ticket. Men from the middle east have been known to keep (kidnap?) their children to live in their native country because that don’t like the American culture.
